I just got a UX50 for it's bluetooth ability, so that I could go online from anywhere through my tmobile internet account.
I think I am missing a driver for my razr, but don't know how to get one. Any advice?

Do you have a provider-locked phone, or a factory one? Many providers will cripple their phones so they don't provide full functionality (presumably to save bandwidth and support).
Note that "unlocked" doesn't necessarily mean it isn't provider-crippled -- it only means it can take sim cards from any provider.
Other than that, here's a short checklist:
1: Are you actually subscribed to one of the T-Mobile data plans?
2: Is bluetooth set to be discoverable?
3: Is your data account set up correctly on the phone? Something like this should work for T-Mobile's $6/month unlimited web/email plan in the US:
APN: wap.voicestream.com
Authentication: CHAP
HTTP/WAP: HTTP
Proxy: 216.155.165.050 (and yes, you need the 0 in 050)
Proxy port: 8080 (or 9201, depending on plan)
Compression: off
4: On the UX50, have you set the phone number to the correct string for dialling? Easiest is to use the Mobile Manager for the UX50, and define the connection as generic GSM unless your phone shows up. If not, try "TMobile" *99***1# (and increase the 1 until it works).

Actually, I ending up buying "mobile high speed" software last night and that fixed it.
It was a problem with the UX recognizing the Razr, due to lack of drivers.

...T-Mobile's $6/month unlimited web/email plan in the US...
Crap man... is that all that full out data plans cost in the States?!

My service provider is... $15 for 1.5MB/month... :(
Or, if you want the biggest plan, it's $100 for 200MB/month...
There are some other plans that I can tag onto my voice plan as a consumer.. but these are only for WAP and ringtone downloads. Why do I need to download ringtones when I can just send them to my phone directly...?!
I mean, I live close enough to the States that I can drive there in maybe a few hours or less. So close yet so far...

The $6 per month is for WAP, web and email only -- only a handful of ports are open. And it's in addition to a non-prepaid voice plan, where the cheapest one is $20 per month. But yes, it's unlimited. There's also a more expensive data plan ($40 or so per month?) which doesn't have the port blocks and includes access to T-Mobile's wi-fi hotspots around the country.
