When I try to convert file.swf, image converter says that that file format isnt supported. Using Macromedia flash MX I can save it with other compatible formats, but .avi is way too big, .gif has horrible quality. If the TG has a flash player shouldnt it be compatable with the standard flash format?

Um, you don't have to covert them at all. Just put the .swf files in PROGRAMS/MMFLASH (if I recall correctly) and they should work fine.

Another Flash problem:
I just looked into my ROM and found a few .swf.pdb files in there, which I copied to my PC.
Each normal swf file starts with a FWS string and ends on a 40 00 00 00 chain. So I deleted everything else. Now, if I open the resulting file is the flash player, the scripts seem to run as it changes to fullscreen and when I return to windowed mode it has a 1:1 (320/320) aspect ratio or an 2:3 (320/480) aspect ratio. However nothing is being displayed. When I open it in SWF decompiler, I can view some shapes, but not all of them. On some it will crash. Any ideas?

I dont have such a folder. Tried making one and it didnt help. It doesnt help to copy it to ram. Has n e 1 successfully played a flash movie that they made (pref. with flash mx)?

There's no Flash MX support(yet). When you export your flash files, you must enable Flash5 format. But some Actionscript commands may not work anymore.
But, the file should be listed even if it's an MX file. It just won't play.
icruise, you're right about the location.
The full path is PALM/PROGRAMS/MMFLASH
