Compact Flash and HotSync....sloooooowww.

Hello Gang,

Has anyone experienced slow transfers using HotSync to move
mp3s over to the CF card? It took me 2.5 hours just to copy 20 songs over. I'm thinking about going to Best Buy and purchasing
a CF card reader (USB) and plugging in directly on my computer and moving files over to the MSAUDIO folder. I would imaging it
being much faster than doing it through HotSync. Looking for input.

Yea I bought a CF reader right away. 500 Megs of MP3's in about 10 minutes

I use a pcmcia adapter and my laptop... lickity split copying...

Why would you HotSync?  Isn't that why we have MSImport?

MSImport doesn't work with the CF cards.
