ZLauncher Reader Lite

I see it when I check the box "show hidden items" in ZLauncher preference. Actually does anyone know what it is? Is is a document reader? Coz when I tap on this ZLauncher Reader Lite Icon, nothing happens.

ZReader Lite allows you to view text files on external memory. If you have any text files located on memory then click on it and the application will load.
