ThanksGo to this web site to read the instructions for a "Zero Out Reset". THis iwhat I did to regain control of my Tx. You may have to do it a few times. But maybe I wasn't doing it exactly right the first few times. Anyway, give it a try.

Then check your third-party applications (freeware, shareware, hacks) against the list at palmfocus.com. Make sure you have correct versions as some older ones do not play well with NVFS.
Your English is understood, no need to apologize.
Good luck.

Are you sure the battery isn't dead? This has happened to me for reasons I can't explain, but every once in a while the T|X just dies. After about 10 minutes in the cradle it comes back to life again.
The symptoms he's describing (can't hard reset, device locks up at grey Palm screen) imply that the ROM sectors have been corrupted. If the zero out reset works, this is the only way to fix things without an external hardware programming tool. Otherwise, you have to send it back to Palm. Sorry for the bad news :(

Guys, the Zero Out reset doesn't work with me!!!
I think that no have much forms to do it (hold UP, POWER and HotSync button and press Reset, after release this 3 buttons), don't have any effect :(
I don't understand why this problems ocurred with my TX... I was using that with any problems !
There's a hardware problem??
Do you know how restore ROM directly? Without need TX turn on...??? Who have a original TX ROM???
Help Dmitry!!!
Thanks
Basicly, you tried to write something back to memory in a low-memory situation, and ended up overwriting data required to boot your TX. Unless you are either an embedded software developer, or have a friend who is one, you likely don't have access to the equipment you'd need to fix your TX yourself. If it's still under warranty, return it to Palm and they'll replace it for free. Otherwise, I suggest you sell it for parts.

I took the Palm to fix and they had charged me U$200,00.
They would go to change the mainboard. It's very expensive, then I gave up the service.
Do you know where I found the T|X mainboard in sell?
Thanks
