T3 Stuck Screen

I've been searching the forums/threads, etc. but can't seem to find one that addresses my issue. My kids ran the battery down playing games on my T3 so far that it would not turn on. I placed it in the cradle for a couple hours and when I tried to turn it on, all it shows is the palm logo with the word POWERED under it. Can't turn it off or reset it.

Any help would be great. This is the second time this has happened, but I don't know what I did last time to fix it.

Well, being that I am VERY impatient when it comes to my toys, I did a full system reset and just restored my data from a previous hot-synch.

However, I would gladly accept any advice on how to prevent this from happening again...

when it does this, press the [up] button and do a reset. no data loss.

yeah, just to explain, you'll have tried a reset in the back of the palm, that's a normal soft reset. Well, when you press and hold the up button and reset in the back of the palm, it's what they call a warm reset, it stops any program from starting up that would do when the palm resets.

I used to have to warm reset, click on some program that wasn't the one I had to warm reset for and then back to the main menu, and after this THEN do a regular reset to get my palm back to normal [I've got a font program that kicks in when the palm resets, so I know when it's warm resetted as the characters are larger than I normally have them]

I also have a backup program on my Palm too that updates each night as I sleep, so if the worst comes to the worst it's only about 24 hurs of "stuff" that I "lose"
