We all see the laaaarge list of apps for PalmOS, but do you sometimes think you are missing something? A killer app? Or did you already find your killer app?
What are you using mostly with your Clié? PIM apps? Games? Multimedia?

I'm a little disappointed by PalmOS apps, since after extensive reflexion, they don't really suit my needs.
Three stuffs I really miss, and that would make my clié really great:
- a nice ANSI color terminal emulator, HiRes at least so that it can perfectly display 24x80 screens with easy to read fonts, that can allow me to connect any device, mostly UNIX servers, throught it's serial port
- the same thing with support for SSH2 protocol, so that I can access thoses same servers using Bluetooth or WiFi, thus allowing me to work, administrate, or use those network applications that PalmOS lacks (good mail client, irc client...)
- a *real* e-mail client, that have to support at least SMTP AUTH/SSL, POP3/SSL, so that I can fetch my Inbox and send mail on the road. True IMAP4/SSL support will be great, so that I can access any folder on my mail server, and store a copy of the message I send. GPG or S/MIME would be a nice additional feature, but not absolutely required.
Less important, but may be great too:
- a NetStumbler application for the WiFi card, that would be great tool to debug WiFi networks.
- a true MP3 Audio Player that can read VBR files.
What I currently mostly use on my clié are:
- Bonsai and wordsmith, for note taking and documents converted-with-docreader reading
- MS Audio Player, on CBR files
Not that much killer apps for now.

I miss powerOne Graph calculator. It doesn't run correctly on an NX70v.

What about SnapperMail, ok there is a lack of IMAP support, but they told me to add this feature soon.
I agree in missing a sniffer tool for the WLAN card.
I am using Avantgo, TimeMate and PocketMoney most.
... oh, and SnapperMail :D
I miss a real pixel editor, some real imagine/drawing app. without the limits of the curent ones.... its silly to want to make a note on a picture and have the app resize it.
Something like what Conduit created for the PocketPC platform.
And a NetStumpler app for the WiFi card please. (smile)

I miss PhotoSkin. I had it on my NR70. So far it's not compatible with my NZ90, only the NX series. There's nothing like a custom VG Skin on your PDA.

I had Omniremote working great on my clie 615, now it won't run on the new Clie's. Oh sure it launches but it won't power the enhanced remote. Bummer. I also miss AvantGo which won't run under MacOSX.
Heavy sigh.

Rosenkrantz,
I own a Mac with OS X too and I use Avantgo:
- connect over Bluetooth or WLAN to your DSL (?) Network and sync Avantgo. Works great for me. I am using the Wlan card from Sony. Just install the three necessary files from Avantgo.

I really miss three apps that I used a lot on my NR that are not yet compatible with the NZ - PDACookbook, VideoList, and NR Buttons.
