moving apps to MS

i'm curious to know which is the most preferable or the most usual method to move apps to MS.

I'm using Yishow at the moment. Is it by using the Yishow's tap icon method, or should i use MSGate or MSImport or switch back to the default launcher and use MSGate, etc?

Or is it all the same one way or another?

Since you have Yishow, use it. Its the most convenient way to move/copy apps.
