Whats the best configuration for the best quality video but with the lowest file size. Im trying to figure out how to fit a full length movie on a 128mb MS. I need about 2 hrs with alright quality. Thanks.

Two hours is just not possible on a 128Mb MS. Maybe you could squeeze it on by using the lowest bitrate, a low frame rate like 6~8fps, and a smaller resolution like 160 x 120 or even smaller, but there goes your "alright quality."
