SJ33 Won't Power on

My SJ33 seems to be frozen in the off position. Power button doesn't do anything. Tried charging overnight, still won't power on. The LED indicator remains on for some reason. I tried a soft reset, but it didn't do anything. I am reluctant to try a hard reset.

Any ideas?

Does the SJ33 have a hold button? Hold buttons disable the screen. Just switch it to the off position and your screen should come on.

It does have a hold button in fact it's integrated into the power switch itself. That makes it even easier to accidentally place your device on hold which can be scary till you realize what happened.
