Camera software?

Does anyone know of a camera software replacement for the Zire 72?

My old Zire 71 took much better pictures than the Zire 72.
No matter how much fiddling around I do with the settings, it's just horrible indoors, and too easy to get over-exposed outdoors, and colors are always washed out.

Somewhere in these threads, I've heard that the camera itself isn't to blame, but the camera software.

So anyone know of any?

gud to know that u r aware of this problem dmitrygr, cant you do anything on the driver side to make the camera a lil bit better than now?
