Syncing back only PIM

Is there a way to have only ToDo and Date DB synced to another user ?

I did an hard reset and changed the user name, now I'd like to put back just my PIM information, is it possible at all ?

Create the new username in the desktop.
close the desktop.
open a file explorer on the PC and find the Palm directory.
in it you will find the user folders that are truncated usernames, My username is Jim Anderson and my folder name is AndersJ. inside you will find folders for the PIMs call Address, Memo etc. inside these are the data files .dat. Copy them from one user folder tree to the other, just the dat files.

probably easier... just export your PIM data as if you were going to import it into outlook, etc... then just reimport it to the new user in palm desktop... i'm pretty sure this should work...

btw my user data were in ~/Documents/Palm/Users/suppa .
