When I submitted my Hotsync ID and Eruware ID, was the Eruware ID supposed to have been typed in all Caps? Because I did it in all lowercase.
And I got my reg code, but in all caps. I tried entering the reg code in all caps as well as all lower case and none of it works. Any ideas?? I did check my inputs carefully many times and everything is right. I also made sure zeros were actually zeros and not "O"s and still no go.
