My Palm TX recently failed and I got a replacement TX from Palm. I had three Palmpowerups apps (UnCache, WarpSpeed, UDMH) purchased in April this year. So I need new activation codes for them. I emailed dmitrygr@gmail.com, dmitrygr@comcast.net, and sent a private message to dmitry on 1src four days ago. But have not heard a thing so far.

Just wondering if anyone else had experience getting a new activation code from Palmpowerups before? Did I miss any email address or is there any other better way of going about on this?

The only other apps I own that use activation codes based on device codes are TomTom Navigator and a medical app called Netter's Anatomy Flashcards and both of them replied to my request for a new activation code within a day or two. I wonder how long I should wait for Palmpowerups to come up with a new code before calling it quits and repurchasing the software to avoid the hassle? I would have thought this was a pretty reasonable request.

Any advice or past experience welcome.

I thought so too, until I saw his reply on the "Dynamic clocking for [almost] all devices!" thread in the Applications forum today at 5:10pm.

Thanks Dmitry! I hope you get to feeling better. I have also been in bed all week recovering from a surgury on Monday.

I still have 11 days in my SkinUI trial, so anytime before then would be terrific.

Thanks again for great software!

Thanks Dmitry.

Have the activation code tied to a device code is no doubt a better way to eliminate piracy. Unfortunately, it also requires more customer support effort in situations like this.
