Hi, Johnny-B. is my name, I live in germany, but am staying in Texas 'til the 20th of May. I bought a NZ90 and though (and was told at BestBuy) that it will run with a modem. Well, Sony told me different, 'cause there's no modem out yet. I don't want to use it with my Bluetooth-phone while being in the States, due to roaming on my behalf (german mobilephone-contract). I do not want to use another PC or hubpoint with my Clie. Isn't there a modem out for it? The german PocketPC-Usergroup I contacted forwarded me to the german Palm-Usergroup, and someone mailed me, I could TRY it with the Infrared Traveller Modem of/from Psion. Any suggestions? I actually thought, I could use a CF-Modem with a cable going to the phone-jack, like BestBuy told me. But that won't work, Sony was telling me...
Thanx already for reading. Any suggestions? Me Email:

Yes, you can use a modem, Ambicom is one such modem. You need the Japanese translated driver from here:

http://clienx_cf_modem.tripod.com/

There use to be a list of compatible modems.
