For those of you looking for a volume control cable so you can use any headphone with your SJ33 you should try one of these. I have both of these and they work really well plus you can use any headphone with them:
Sennheiser HZR62 (http://www.sennheiserusa.com/pages/products/headphones/hzr6.htm)
Koss VC - 20 (http://www.koss.com/koss/kossweb.nsf/02ProductDetailCall?ReadForm&Accessories^VC20)
The Koss has a 1 meter cord and the Sennheiser has a 6 meter cord. However, when I received the Sennheiser, I sent it to their service department to have the cord shortened to ~.6 meters. I received it a couple of days later and the cord was indeed shortened to the length I had asked for and the cord was in perfect condition as if it had come out of the factory in that length. What I like about the Sennheiser is that it has volume control for both the left and right channels. Also, the Sennheiser has a cleaner sound even after the modification by their service department. Both do have regular sized headphone plugs so they will work with any device that has a regular headphone port. The Sennheiser has a straight plug and the Koss has an angled plug ~ 30 degrees. Also, if you try searching for the Sennheiser some sites will show the older model (HZR6) instead of the HZR62. The difference is that the HZR6 has black volume sliders and a mono/stereo switch. The HZR62 has white volume sliders and no mono/stereo switch. I recommend these to anyone looking for something that will let them use any headphone with their SJ33 and still have the volume control.
Here is a picture showing the plug on the HZR6 which is the discontinued model that came before the HZR62. They have the same plug.
