What a timely question. I just got a dozen of Tri No.1 screwdriver for sale. Brando charge you $10.00 + $3.00 (from Hong Kong). I can sell it for $10.00 with free shipping any where in the world. I only have 8 left now (several 1src members have taken this free shipping advantage). First come first serve. For US delivery, the delivery will be much faster than Brando (2-3 business day from Texas vs 2 weeks from Hong Kong). ;)

I open mine with a small flat screw driver. Works everytime.

I've seen and replaced those rounded screwheads. Sooner or later, you won't be able to unscrew them. If you look closely those Y-head screw-hole shape like a cone (V), not flat (Ll).

Yes. OK, I resent the PayPal bill to you. Let me know if you have problem.

Thanks dude, got the screwdriver today! I love how you wrapped the screwdriver in bubble-wrap then wrapped THAT in bubblewrap :p :D

The driver is pointy tipped but the screws are flat (The ol' Posidrive vs Philips difference), so you have to use a bit of pressure, but it works a damned lot better than a flat-blade; I was finally able to tighten the base screws properly with it!

Now I can order a replacement battery wihout being worried I can't open the darn thing! :D

Thanks again ;)

You are welcome.

The screws may have flat heads, but the Tri slots are definitely in cone (pointy as you said) shape. That is the specification. You may have problem with the fit if the head were stripped with a wrong screwdriver (like the flat screwdriver) before.
