Suddenly Datebook6 brings the LD down when trying to open it. On re-starting Saved Prefs are gone. So I run dbScan but when trying to test Calendar "dirty" flags, again a reset. Database scans run OK, though. Then I completely remove Datebook6 and re-install it. No go, it keeps resetting. Any suggestions?

Your best bet is to post your question in the (very active) datebk Yahoogroup.

bartveld,
I had this exact same thing happen once on my E2 and have never after that wanted to try it on my TX, too much trouble to redo all registrations, etc. I am wondering if it could be a conflict between the US (English) version and foreign version palms, since mine is in French and looks as though yours may be in Dutch, I don't know.
As long as I was using Datebook5 on my TungstenC in French it was fine, then I switched to an E2 for my wife and the TX for me. The one experience on the E2 has stopped me from trying it again.
Have a good day & hope they work it out because I love datebook5 and 6 looks even better,

Well, with the help of the Yahoogroup it turned out to be quite simple: just a question of knowing which menu-item one has to choose from dbScan (Remove all deleted records). And then overwriting your PC database.
Thanks, everybody!
