They are so cute Alan. Nothing like starting them out early on technology. I'm listening right now. I missed you last week at the chat, I'll catch up with you.

Allrighty Alan, are you and the girls trying to get a jumpstart on Palm's guerilla marketing campaign by showing everyone how easy POS is to use? :D
Hmmm, if I could get the cat to hold a stylus....

It works now. I remember when I was that young. So innocent and free. OMG! You have a TiBook too :). I love mine. I met up with some Mac people on campus and they gave me some tips on how to make my Mac experience a better one. I'm using NeoOffice now instead of OpenOffice. Really nice. I am typing this post using it. My PC is on but not being used. I got Oni on my TiBook and its fun :). Really nice game. Reminds me of N64. LOL

Now your kids are exposed to mobile tech so early, you'll be facing them wanting you to pay for more expensive handheld gear in the future (LOL)
Anyway, that was really nice, eases the whole geekyness of the podcast :)

The kids are really interested in what I'm playing with. I hope that when they grow up, they won't be afraid of technology.

A Zire 31 can be two of the three and is not a huge wallet drain. You'll have to mind your SD cards though.

Shes too savvy to be happy with that though. She could have my t3, but I am not sure I can do that.
I do want to get her the adapter for her DS so she can use CF cards and play video and home-brew games. A 2 gig CF would be pretty cheap. If the iPod video drops in price I might consider it. She has my old Creative 30 gb jukebox but prefers the sleeker iPod. No way in hell shes gettin a laptop though. Atleast not until I get one. :D

Mmm precious/precocious, just like I was at that age. :D  :D
Fortunately the DM for Friden/Alcatel had not yet moved next door with the first gen calculators so I was somewhat satisfied with Bond/Batman/Gigantor swag; loved my Matchbox Aston Martin and larger Batmobile (now I'm giving away my age).
