Can you be a little more specific on "online bids and subscriptions"? I would imagine the Contacts built-in would handle contact information.

You can also use Datebk6 to keep calendar, add notes for app'tmnts, & lookup contact numbers in split screen. (really need to read docs for db6) & you can use Memo Leaf
to keep track of projects.

It is a great memo tool, w/built in capability to do blazing fast searches, based on keywords & you can create project descriptions heirarchally to facilitate organization. It is a great app & the author, like one for db6, is very supportive of users & also has
forum in Yahoo Groups. See their site at www.redwood-creative.com

Good luck,

Eli

rudolph you coukd use the "servicedesktop pro". My requirements are almost the same as yours and the application handles all my requirements very smoothly. Since i am a freelancer too...i also faced the similar problem of having to use multiple softwares...but servicedesktop pro suffices for me....
Blue night...i thnk by online bids and subscriptions rudolph means to talk about the bids placed in freelancer sites like elance.com. Correct me if i am wrong Rudolph.

You can have a look at their website- www.servicedesktop.com
