How do I Hotsync 2 different datebooks/users

Hello. Am new to this forum and thanks to anyone who may be able to help me.

I have a TJ27 which I use intensively for daily appointments and works great. However the nature of my business is changing and I have set up another user/datebook name on the PC but cannot work out how to Hotsync to the handheld so I can access both datebooks. This is an essential part of the business and is important that I can access both books while away from the office.

Have read the manuals and cannot find specific topic about this so I am hopeful that someone can help me.

Also if I decide to update my model to either a newer version or even another make is it possible to transfer current data without losses?

Have a look at SyncUs, it should be able to handle this perfectly.

Thanks for that. have been in touch with Syncus and sadly 2 handhelds will sync with each other but not to different users on diferent PCs.

Have desided that I shall only be able to do this by having a second Clie. Can anyone tell me if the varying models of CLie all use the same style Datebbok as this is the important part of the sotware? In otherwords could I use say a Clie SJ series with the same software as the TJ therefore it would access the different user on the same pc?

Complicated isn't it!
