I love the Sharkbutton app. But I'm wondering is there is a way, either with Sharkbutton or a similar app, to have button changes/switches/modifications recognized on a per app basis?
As far as I can tell iwth Sharkbutton, when you modify a hardbutton, you get a universal modification in every app. I'm looking to do different modifications for different apps.
Anyone?

myKbd allows for setting commands (macros, launch apps etc...) to hard buttons and the ability to disable the command on a per app basis.
Plus you get DIA skinning & cool keyboard choices!! :-)

Should have mentioned that I have a Zire72, so no Virtual Grafitti area for myKbd. Thanks for the reply though, and are there any other ideas?

Oh boy, I would pay good money for this. I originally thought this was one of the things that SharkButton would do but unfortunately it didn't turn out that way.
Personally I only want this to do one thing. All I want to be able to do is map a couple of the hard keys at the bottom of my TH-55 to do jog-dial up and jog-dial down in eReader only. After 2.5 years with my TH-55 I still miss being able to hold my TH55 like a proper book when reading novels in eReader.

I still haven't found anything that does re-mapping on a per application basis. However, I tried Teal Launcher and I'm very impressed with the "dizzying" (their words) number of button re-mapping and combinations available with that app. It also allows one to assign various functions/applications to an equally dizzying number of Grafitti "swipes" to serve my purposes. I noticed it has jog dial support as well as all Zodiac buttons.
I would still like -per application- button re-mapping if anyone knows of a way.
