Hi Swaur,
I'm not familiar with the K700i, but I also had a bluetooth problem with the Zire72 and my Nokia 6230i. Below is the solution for that problem. I don't know if it will work for the K700i also, but it's worth a try.
To get the Zire72 to dial and sms with the 6230i you have to use a file from the Palm T5 on the Zire (this by the way also solves the same problem on the T3). The filename is BtCommVdrv.prc. Download the file at: http://www.geocities.com/ppalmt3/BtCommVdrv_T5.prc
Now it would be wise to make a backup of your Zire72 before continuing (however it worked for me without any problems).
Copy the file http BtCommVdrv_T5.prc to your SD-card. Then first rename the file BtCommVdrv_T5.prc to BtCommVdrv.prc. Otherwise the Zire won't use it in stead of the original file. Then copy to the device and softreset.
This should do the trick, but of course you have to define your phone and connection properly for everything to work.
If you are having trouble setting up a gprs connection I highly recommend the program "mobile high speed" (see www.novamedia.de). Works like a charm.
I hope it works for you!

Hello Swaur,
This is Paul from Palm. Something else to consider is there is an update that you could install to your Zire that may be helpful. You can get the Phone Link Updater from the Palm site here (http://www.palm.com/us/support/downloads/phonelink.html). You will see that the K700i is its list of supported phones.
Hope that's of help.
Best
Paul
