Does anyone remember the website for developers?

Before this forum crashed several months ago some one posted a website that would allow developers to sign in and work on different projects and then the website would market the product and distribute the profit to those who worked on the project. Does anyone remember what site that was? I have more time on my hands now and would like to look into it. It serviced all types of projects for any platform and looked pretty good but I lost the address. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
