View Full Version : I went to an Apple Store opening

My friends and I went to the MacArthur Apple Store (http://www.apple.com/retail/macarthurcenter/) opening today, and it was coool. We got there at about 9 and the line was already crossing most of the second floor; there was no wifi where I was, so my Treo had to come to the rescue with EVDO. The employees were running around, the people in line were cheering, clapping, and shouting, and it was just a fun time. The line went really quickly once the store opened... but it was packed! I didn't buy anything today, and I got a t-shirt as I left.

There was one lonely kid at the Dell kiosk on the first floor.

Nice! Apple stores are always cool looking. I wish I was there too.

I live near 4. One is only about 3 miles away. :)

I'm going to get one of these new iPods for sure. No dilly dabbing this time around. The 30G is at a price I like, so will get one before end of year.
