I was using the PSP earlier today, and I LOVE the audio player. It has wallpaper support, folders for organizing your music, album art, and it looks cool. I don't know if Pocket Tunes is the customizable, but is it possible to have PocketTunes or something looking/acting like this?

Why don't you install the trial version to see how well it fits your needs?

PocketTunes? Yeah I have it, I have registered it, but don't use it that often. What I am wanting is a PSP type player for Palm OS.

Pocket Tunes is the best audio-only player for PalmOS, but it doesn't support all that yet. The company is constantly working on new versions, so it wouldn't hurt to post requests on the semi-official forum.

TCPMP does support album art (and album videos, I think), but it's not skinnable with the current release.

I've been a critic of TCPMP's supposed 1.0 release (named CorePlayer), but it is begining to look like it may actually be real.... at least they released a functioning Windows version to Tam' Palm not long ago for testing..... they're now saying that CorePlayer Mobile will be released on 10/16..... we'll see how that pans out.... but supposedly it will be skinnable, have a nicer media library system, support background playback, album art, etc.... if so it will not only be the best video player for Palm but will probably replace P-Tunes as the main audio player on my TX.....
again... we'll see.....

who cares about the cool look of just an music player? it is not so big deal that it must be best of the best with all best specs what it can have. i understand if someone wants to skin the main launcher and etc but skin other apps or etc it just so over... only thing which matters on music player are how long it can play music and how well.

I gotta agree with the cool look of a music player, I do, that is why I hardly use realplayer and went with pTunes.

well okay... i can agree to this point that even i wouldn't install just about any apps with poor grahpics in overall but i'm still asking that should music player be for listening not for watching when it plays music? um... but if we just would forgive this subject... i have too much reading...
