Disable KB light, bluetooth to save battery life

Can I disable the keyboard lighting and bluetooth to save on battery life?
Then switch them on at will when I want either?
Can I slow the processor speed temporarily to save battery life?
(like Fast-CPU but in reverse?)

dont think you can switch off the keyboard light. anyway, it turns off by itself fairly quickly when not in use.

think turning bluetooth off would save some battery. as much as i like the blue lights .. think they take up some juice too ..

Speaking of FastCPU, has anyone seen one that works in OS5? I LOVE Overclocking...I have a P4 2.4GHz that I currently have running at 3.0Ghz :D
