Treo 600 goes blue screen when calling

Hi Folks,
dont ask me why this happens...but recently, my Treo goes bluescreen often when I get a call. The screen goes blue-black, and I cant control the machine anymore...altough taking the call is no problem.

Could this be a problem related to processor overheating maybe? Or is this another common Treo bug?

Hope this isn't a stupid question.... Do you have Phone Technician from hobbiestsoftware.com installed? You can enable a feature that turns the screen off during calls.

When you hang up, is your Treo still locked up?

yes, it still is locked up...

I need to soft reset the thingy after each affected call

Have you installed any software that could interact with a call in any way? Does the problem still happen after a hard reset?

Ah yes, backup RAM, hard reset and if it still does it, I'd say it's time for a Treo 700p! :)

Happens after a hard reset, to. Now its out of the vase and works well.

Trying to press Palm into fixing it via piggybacking on Class Action Lawsuit...if not, Ill open it myself and fit some kind of cooler into it(!!!)

If you weren't the only one that had this problem, I am sure you might be able to sue them, but since you are the only one, I don't know...
