Anyone get the Wallpaper to work with Agendus?

I've tried a variety of sizes, but can't get a good full size wallpaper on my Agendus Today screen. Also checked the Iambic forum, not much help.


Any ideas?

In the manual, it says to make sure to use non-interlaced gif's (or jpg's if you have an NX (and maybe an NR?)) and to use a particular size. I don't recall what the 320x320 res screens should use, but the NX and NR series should use wallpaper that is 320x420. I got wallpaper to work on mine, except the part of the screen with any info has a non-transparent background (dark grey/black) making the wallpaper behind it pretty useless. We'll see how long it takes Iambic to respond to this one. <clicks stopwatch and gets 3 year calendar out>

with the latest version, I got mine working, not sure if I remembered to resize the image though... I couldn't get it to work, then upgraded to the lastest bugfix and boom, I loaded a jpg from my memory stick and it worked.

On my NX70v, I've got the latest version of Agendus (6.02), and I can get the wallpaper to load, but the stuff displayed in the today view has a dark grey background which superimposes over the wallpaper I have selected. Is this normal for an NX? I've tried with JPG's and non-interlaced GIF's sized appropriately, but with no luck. Is anyone else seeing this? If they are, how come the pics and advertisements for Agendus never show this ugly dark grey box covering up my picture.

when i use the wallpaper, it appears in 4 different sections, like the today screen. not sure if that statement made sense - but how do you get just one large picture to cover the whole today screen?

I had this problem for a while. I don't know which of the following helped it, but here goes.

Per the manual, I set my wallpaper size to be 420x320. (I have an NX; NR should be the same. Check the manual for othe sizes.) Then I loaded it and saved it as another name in Microsoft Paint. (I have Windows XP in case it has a different version of paint.) This (supposedly) makes sure the gif is non-interlaced. Then the background loads fine, except for the big, non-transparent dark grey background behind the data listed.

Finally got one to load, but am I the ONLY one that doesn't like the grainy way .gifs look? Is there ANY WAY possible to get .jpgs to work? It shows up all small and in the middle when I try to use one.
