Stupid SONY- but I still LOVE my NZ90

Sony has made a rather comical error, and even more funny is the solution Sony has come up with.

Some of the earlier production units have been shipped with an incorrect keyboard. The '' printed on the keyboard corresponds to a ' / ' (forward slash). Pressing this button with the function button will show a ' / ' on the screen.

To correct this problem, we will be preparing a sticker showing ' / ' to cover the wrong key printed on the keyboard. If you would like to receive this sticker, please call Toll Free 1-877-760-SONY (7669).

This is old news though, but I don't remember if anyone actually used the sticker :).

The funniest part about that solution is that it's completely wrong. The Yen key makes a '\' not a '/'. I'm half thinking of ordering the sticker to see if they mucked up the sticker or just the news item.

how the hell can thwey fix the problem with a "sticker".........free memory sticks is what should fix the problem ;D

YUP... A free Memory Stick would make me feel much happier with the sticker problem. (Big Grin)
