And the ad with the small print:

probably the same stuff tested in Australia and Singapore earlier this year.

I really hate to say this but, because of some problems we have been having at work, I have been testdriving a blackberry 7250, and I think I have been getting rather attached to it.

I kinda wish bb connect was available for my Sprint 700p.

Yeah, I thought it was interesting that they would release this on an antiquated handset like the 650 instead of a 700 series but I guess that is because Cingular isn't Sprint or Verizon and they won't even SEE a 700 for a while...that's the eqivalent of an artist puttin' out a new album...on vinyl...

I have a feeling that we are going to see a member of the Treo 700-family on Cingular before the end of the year. And while I don't have any information on this, I can't imagine that BBC won't make an appearance for the Treo 700p in the next 6 months.

Blues, I'm sorry to hear that you are stuck with a Blackberry 7250.

Blues, I'm sorry to hear that you are stuck with a Blackberry 7250. Yeah, I'm only graced with it temporarily. I have never played with the bb before, and now I am supporting users who rely on them. Now that I feel comfortable with it, I have to give it back.

If I were able to install blackberry connect on my Sprint 700p somehow, would I be able to use that to connect to my Blackberry server? Sprint wouldn't need to do anything on their end, would they? Our bb users are on Verizon.

I have admin rights on our bb server, so I would just have to re-authorize.... only if I could get my hands on the blackberry connect software.
