Guys. . . I've been thinking awfully hard. I really love Palm OS, but lately, I've been fooling with my rx3715. And it's getting the best of me. Versus the UX50, I get bettery battery life, removable battery, WIFI and BT together, lighter device, no clamshell, brighter screen, Pocket Word (and I can draw in it), support for huge SD sizes, and .wmv support.

Is there any reason to stay with the UX50? So far, the only things I can think of is the more pixels, thumbboard (not a big texter so. . .), good selection of free apps, snappier GUI, and that's really about it. I mean, I love the Internet Explorer built-in and I haven't even upgraded the browser! If I get the hx4700, the pixel deal is out, and there's almost no reason to stay with the UX50 anymore. . . unless you guys can think of some. I thought about the snappy interface, but I can bear my 1.2 gHz Celeron so the lag almost doesn't get me. And I never have the WM crash like on Palms. :( I don't want to switch because Palm has been my baby, but. . . :(

The fact that the UX is still a head-turner?

I don't use it much for people to see. Added to that iPaqs support bluetooth stereo headphones. . . I don't know. . . I have 1 UX40 and 3 UX50's. It'll be hard to part with my babies. I'm going to test the PPC for about 2 weeks to see if it does more for me.
