For the past couple months, I've been intermittently getting an error on my desktop computer, when I'm in the Docs to Go application. I click to add a file and during the translation, a dialog box comes up saying "Dataviz Exception. . . Access Violation" and then a bunch of codes and such. Has anyone else had this or know how to fix it? It's not happening with every file I translate, but it's a pain in the butt when it happens cause it causes Docs to Go to close and anything I've already translated is lost. I'm looking on Dataviz for support, but no luck so far. Thanks.
