Just curious, I am planning on upgrading my cell phone and was wondering about the Sony Erickson phone. Seems cool, but not sure....
What I really want:
Small
Inexpensive
Good plan (ie inexpensive)
I use my cell phone to TALK, and that's about it. Anyone know of a good phone, good battery life, and a good service plan? Ideally, I don't want to pay a ton of money for a new phone. Are there any rebates like for the Lexar memory sticks where you can get a cool phone for about $5?

There are tons of phones that are free, but you need to sign up with at least a one year service plan.

This is a beautiful phone right here. Its small and great quality, and really small. I would have got it myself but it was $150 when I got my v60, and one month later became free (after rebate) with one-year service. Here's the link to Amazon:

Did I mention it's really small?

V70 has one of the lousiest battery life mainly due to its white on black display. You want good battery life and cheap, my suggestion is SonyE (e.g. T39, T100, ) or Siemens (e.g. C45, M50, S45).

Nokia is the way to go, most always cheap, long lasting battery, and you can get one with most carriers (at&t, verizon etc...) for free.
