Where are the Movie Details stored?

Ok, I have gotten (most) .mp4 files to convert using FFMPEGX with the PSP setting. BUT, it just has ??? for the movie name, and won't allow me to add a thumbnail. I am guessing because it doesn't have the Movie Details file? How do I make one? Does anyone have a demo one I can have so I can try to use it?

Ok, I have found that it is stored in the .mai file. I have changed the name but can't figure out how to change the thumbnail...
