Problem characterized by collapsing too easily. Very annoying.

Caused by broken plastic rivets on the spring assembly causing the spring to offer very little resistance:

Solution, epoxy:

Fixed. Like new.

thanks but in my case this is not the problem , the problem come from the white plastics over the same springs asembly (to wear)

On my T3 (and previously on my T1 and T2) I had the rivet problem as shown in Clocker's pics, but glueing the rivets didn't improve much the action. After trying some mehtods as described here (http://forum.brighthand.com/showthread.php?t=80427), I finally decided to apply Junglemike's staple fix (detailed here (http://forum.brighthand.com/showthread.php?t=82493) ). I used two staples, one at each spring, so now my T3's slider requires quite some force to open and close, which is how I like it.
