Can't get Outlook to sync w my E2

I just bought the Tungsten E2 and when installing, it gave me the option to change to the Outlook desktop and said I did it right, but every time I sync it, a log pops up afterwards saying that outlook failed. Any ideas? :confused:

What is the error message exactly? Paste your HotSync Log for the last session.
