The Carnival of the Palm OS is here

After a few weeks of submitting TamsPalm content to various blog carnivals, I decided that the Palm OS world needs a carnival of its own.

So, here it is, the Carnival of the Palm OS:

This Carnival is weekly, with a submission deadline on Sunday, 00:00. Carnival editions will be posted on Monday, and the first edition will be held at TamsPalm's.

Please help me promote this carnival. If you are a blogger, send in content. If you are a blogger and want to host the carnival, please tell me. If you read news sites, tell your favourite analysts to chime in!

What is a "blog carnival"?

A blog Carnival is a travelling post that moves from blog to blog(hosts). Submitters(bloggers) send their best post(s) to a fixed address, and the contents of this address get forwarded to each week's host.

The host then creates a page showing all the entries, rates them if he wants to and puts them online on his blog. The submitters then link to this page within a week!

Carnival: just a way for uninteresting websites to receive some traffic.

Your blog is very good and, I'm sure, receives enough visits. You don't have to go into this stupid Carnival thing. Actually, I find these Carnival posts on your blog very annoying and without any interest.

thats your interpretation, thank you very much.

Actually, I am not participating in any Carnival for Cash or Fortune. I participate there because some of them carry really good content(and I drop out of the other ones very soon anyways).

As for my own blog, I plan to move the Carnival away from TamsPalm(ASAP) and make it a ntravelling roadshop to bring life back into the Palm OS scene.
