My NX60 got smashed in my jacket pocket (don't ask) and the screen is damaged and needs replaced.
Per the sony support website http://www.ita.sel.sony.com/support/clie/ I can request a repair, and it gives an address to ship to, but need to call 1-877-760-7669 for infomation. This number has a phone tree and at the end tells me it needs shiped to sony, but with no way to get a real person in customer service to give me a RMA number or a price of the repair.
Does anyone have another phone number or website to arrange a repair of a damaged screen?
