Will the SJ22 soon be a discontinued model because i just bought the SJ22 and I want to use it for a long time?

What does discontinuation of the SJ22 have to do with you keeping yours for two years long?
I have a SJ30, did you see me cry when the SJ22 came out?
(actually I did :)

Same here, I bought SJ20 before SJ22 came out for the SAME price. ;(
Well, that's what I called an interesting life. ;)

Why would they discontinue SJ22? Even Palm hasn't come out with a PDA which directly competes with it.....Zire 71 is a whole $100 more than SJ22. And the regular Zire just lacks so many features with an expensive price tag.
All in all, SJ22 will probably be Sony's most profitable PDA.....and it will last a lot longer than 4 months......try at least 1 year

The SJ22 will be discontinued very soon, just like all Sony models. It's sad but true.

Yep 4 months IN MY HONEST OPINION!!! Do you know what an opinion is??
Sony releases a new Clie in the same series about every 7 months. If this holds true, then the next Clie in the SJ-2x series is due in about 4 months.
It appears that Sony sees the life cycle of a typical model to be about 6 months.

OK, 4-6 months.
