hotsync via bluetooth?

Hi -- my bluetooth memory stick works GREAT for surfing the web & checking e-mail (thanks again for everyone's help!). NOW --
when I try to get my clie to hotsync w/ my laptop via bluetooth, just doesn't work. It never has. Is there a way to do this? Or should I just quit whining & keep using my travel cables?

Oh -- when I do try it, I can see that the laptop & the clie recognize each other but the Clie just waits, doesn't hotsync & says that a connection between clie & laptop couldn't be established & to check my setup and try again. On the laptop's hotsync manager, I have Local USB, Local serial AND Network all checked. As I said, works just fine w/ the travel cable from clie to laptop. My laptop works just fine via bluetooth w/ my phone to surf web & check e-mails AND my clie works fine w/ phone via bluetooth to do the same. The devices ARE paired (phone/clie AND phone/laptop AND clie/laptop).

I *think* you have to create a new profile. I don't have BT so I've never had to try it.
