Newbie Question

I am trying to find a solution to get wireless email on the go. I have a NR70V. I found a phone on Amazon.com that I can get w/ TMobile service. The phone is a Ericsson T300. There is a data cable available at thesupply.net that I would also get.

If I get the phone do I need to add any internet add on's to my TMobile account? Or can I use the basic phone service to get connected to the net and use my voice minutes. I already have a dialup ISP.

I have used my Sprint PCS Phone for surfing from my laptop and it first burns up my web minutes before the voice minutes. I access my ISP through Sprint's server. I have no knowledge of TMobile.
