Uploading skins to cliesource

Anyone tell me how I can upload NX VG skins to cliesource?

I can't seem to find any links to do it from the files section. Possibly a glitch cause I also can't stay logged in.....

First I think you have to register then you should find an upload button at the bottom of the page.
