Blue bar at bottom T5

Alright maybe this is a stupud question, but I can't figure it out. I installed Zlauncher and so far I really like it, but the default blue bar is still across the bottom of my palm and I cannot find anyway to customize it, get rid of it, or do anything with it. I see all over this forum and the web where poeple have changed their main bars really cool, but how do I?

Try mySkin (http://www.zlthemes.com/ProductDetailListing.php?PID=67). Lot's of skins available (see here (http://www.1src.com/freeware/index.php?cid=60)) and has some nice options.

It's not free, but it's not expensive eiter.
