Did a search in eBay with the following key words:
1400mAh PALM Tungsten E BATTERYThere are many items on sale @ approx. $26 inclusive of shipping for one such replacement battery of the T/E.
This is a battery of the right size so that no modification of the interior of the casing is needed. The only DIY required are the opening/closing of the case, and the de-soldering/soldering of the old/new batteries to the mother board.
Has anyone installed one? How much longer battery time have you got?
I recall the stock T/E battery is only 850mAh.
