Slow Syncing?

I am syncing my TX with Outlook using the Palm conduits. My outlook is on MS Exchange network. It seems to me that the Calendar sycn is particularly slow. I sync regularly, sometimes 2-3 times a day, and the process still seems slow. At times, it seems as if the process gets stuck, the arrows on the sync progress box seem to pause or stop. I used to have a CLIE TH and synced with the same Outlook setup using Pocketmirror and the process would be much quicker. The whole sync seems to take 4-5 minutes, here is the last log:

Is this typical sync times? Are there settings that I can change to improve the sync speed?

Try syncing with the Media conduit set to Do Nothing.
