Resco Explorer will launch/run files off the card by tapping them.
www.resco.net
If you just want to move/copy files around to the directories that the apps will recognize, then Filez (freeware - look on Palmgear) or Fileman (www.bitsnbolts.com) are basic file managers.

There's the Think Outside that Chukar mentioned (I think they have two models - a bluetooth and an infrared depending on which Palm device you have). There's also the Universal Wireless Keyboard from Palm (infrared).

If your running on a TX or NVFS device, you can use UnCache and OffFlush. UnCache is available for the unbelievable price of $5USD at www.palmpowerups.com and OffFlush is a free app by Alex Pruss, search the 1src applications forum for the link to version 2.0.

Softpocket is a great resource for all things PDA, but I bought my Palm UWK at Canada Computers in Toronto for considerably less than the 'usual' Palm price -

And just in case you ask - brand new and in its bubble pack....
