Mail won't sync

I can't seem, no matter what I do, to get CLIEMAIL to show up as a conduit on the hotsync list. I've reinstalled Cliemail from the CD. I've installed the conduit from the CD. I've rebooted my computer and reset my NZ. What else can I try?

I encounter the same problem, did you find any solution meanwhile?

in the hotsync manager, make sure the settings say SYNCHRONIZE THE FILES. the default when the conduit is installed is set to DO NOTHING. right click the hot sync icon in the tray, go to custom and change from DO NOTHING to SYNCHRONIZE THE FILES. also click the checkbox SET AS DEFAULT. that should be it. if your setup is already like this, i dont know what else could be wrong.
