How to load skins for Yishow?

Hi ppl
1)How do you load skins on Yishow?
2) I have also tried to create a directoy on the memstick but when i go to skin manager it cannot display any backgnds or skins.
3) And How abt Icons loading?

I use AppIcon to change icons as YiShow doesnt support it. This will affect both the icons in YiShow and in the palm os launcher. The program is free but I dont remember where I got it from....

Hmm... I downloaded it somewhere for free and it wasnt a warez site.....shooot my mistake.
