Does anyone know what happened to the NYTimes link
http://archive.nytimes.com/nytimes-partners/omnisky/main.html
I had been using it to read news from my HandStory. It no longer works.
Thanks.

NYT changed their AvantGo link...and are not disclosing the link anywhere (they've done this before). Eventually someone will find it, but so far, no luck.
We're hunting this link down over at turcic.com, but so far, nada. :(
Once Google bots find it, you can discover what it is by using this command in Google:
allinurl: nytimes avantgo
But so far, only the old links are showing up.

Thanks for the update.
Thanks for the Google search command. This seems very useful.

What we think (actually Alex at turcic.com's thoughts) is that the NYT mobile version is the same link as before, but that they might have added an ip check to make sure the page request is coming from avantgo's servers...thus cutting out anyone else except avantgo from getting the feed. When the NYT servers see that the request is not coming from an avantgo server, it's redirecting the request to their standard home page.
Bummer. :(

Not sure that's it, as I was using the omnisky link as a custom AvantGo channel and the same redirect started occurring.

That makes sense, I think...not sure the custom channels go through the avantgo server. If you try the standard nytimes avantgo channel they offer, and it displays correctly, then I would guess that they'll put a referrer in place to only allow the "official" avantgo nytimes channel to work properly.
I'd try this but I don't have avantgo installed.
